The pelvic floor is an important area of our bodies that has been overlooked for far too long.

I wanted to offer a space for residents of Huron County to explore issues involving their pelvic floor, and offer evidence-based treatments from a trauma-informed lens. I soon realized other healthcare resources were underserviced in this area and I am proud to add a lactation consultant and dietitian to the team.  

My goal is to create a safe space to explore not only issues around pelvic health, but improve overall health and wellness for all family members.
