We offer treatment to all genders and non-binary peoples.

The initial assessment is a one-on-one session with a specialized physiotherapist takes a holistic approach, allowing us to understand you as an individual and explore the many factors that may contribute to your symptoms. During this time you will gain a clearer understanding of your pelvic floor and learn practical strategies that you can start implementing right away.
