
Psychotherapy Services
Whether you are dealing with personal struggles, relationship dynamics, or are in the perinatal period, our Registered Social Worker and psychotherapist uses evidence-based, client-centred approaches that focus on your strengths, while working towards improving mental health and regaining balance.
The initial intake session will include a baseline mental health assessment and formulation of a goal-oriented treatment plan tailored to meet your specific needs. Subsequent sessions will be working towards treatment goals and navigating mental health and life challenges, by providing personalized support using evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions.
Appointments are available for ages 16 and over. All sessions are 50 minutes in length and can be offered virtually, in-person, or over the phone.
