BSc Exercise Science, Ass. in Health Fitness (she/her)

Health and fitness has been part of who I am for my entire life! My childhood was extremely active - I participated in any sport I could fit into my schedule including hockey, cross country, track and field, soccer and field hockey. My athletic career earned me a Cross Country and Track Scholarship in the great white North at Lake Superior State University. I received my Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Associates in Health Fitness, but this was just the beginning!
My passion and interest in the area of health and fitness sparked a desire to continue to develop my expertise in the field.
Most recently I have completed training in the world of breath and cold exposure. I received my Level I Sherpa Breath and Cold, as well as training with Unbounded. Prior to my newest venture and passion I completed courses such as Misfit Method, Bellies Inc Core Expert Certification, Hypopressives Level I and II, Yoga Tune Up training, Pfilates Certification, Senior Fitness Instructor Certification and countless educational workshops.
On a more personal level, I am also a mom of 3 healthy little humans and a wife of an incredibly supportive man. Family means everything to me and without them I could not be doing what I do! In my spare time I love to enjoy the outdoors and running continues to be my happy place. I also continue to participate in other sports as a form of social and physical outlet!
