Osteopathic Manual Practitioner (she/her)

Born in Clinton and raised in the area, I'm happy to be back living and working in the community. I completed the Osteopathic Manual Practitioner Diploma through the Canadian College of Osteopathy (CCO) and the Sutherland-Chan School of Osteopathy (SCSO). I am a member of the Ontario Association of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners (OAO). Prior to pursuing osteopathy, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Western Ontario in 1994 and practised as a physiotherapist in the Greater Toronto Area for over 30 years.
As an osteopathic manual practitioner, I provide hands-on manual therapy tailored to each patient’s needs. Treatments may include soft tissue therapy, fascial release, joint mobilization, craniosacral therapy, and visceral mobilization to help reduce pain, restore mobility, and improve function. I also prescribe individualized stretching, mobility, stability, and strengthening exercises to support healing and long-term results.
My holistic approach to osteopathic treatment focuses on identifying and addressing the root cause of pain and dysfunction, allowing the body to heal more effectively. I believe that skilled manual therapy, targeted rehabilitation exercises, and thoughtful coaching—when applied appropriately—can enhance pain-free movement, recovery, and overall performance.
